Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Doom Flasher collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, username, email address, phone number (if given) and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
- Order details: what you buy, links or usernames you give for boosting, prompts and files you upload to the AI Workspace, and messages you send to support or the Site Guide.
Information created when you use the site
- Wallet and payment records: deposits, amounts, payment references and status. Card payments are handled by our payment partner (such as Flutterwave); we receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card details.
- Orders and deliveries: numbers issued, codes received, accounts delivered, generated files and order history.
- Sign-in and device information: date and time, IP address, browser and operating system — used to keep your account secure and to send you sign-in alerts.
- Small settings stored in your browser (such as light/dark theme or whether you finished the site tour). We don’t use advertising trackers.
2How we use your information
- To create and run your account, process payments and deliver your orders.
- To send essential emails — order updates, wallet receipts, codes and security alerts.
- To provide support, investigate problems and process refunds.
- To prevent fraud, chargebacks and misuse, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
- To improve the website and our services using overall, non-identifying statistics.
- To send occasional news about new services and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe, or with your consent where the law requires it.
4Files and prompts you upload
Images, audio, video and text you upload to the AI Workspace are sent to the AI provider to create your result and are stored on our servers so you can view your order. Only upload content you have the right to use, and don’t upload other people’s personal information or likeness without their permission.
5How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is open. Payment and order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal reasons — usually up to 6 years. Sign-in logs and uploaded files are kept for shorter periods and deleted when no longer needed.
6How we protect it
- Encrypted (HTTPS) connections across the whole website.
- Passwords stored as one-way hashes; card details never stored by us.
- Access to customer data limited to staff who need it for support and fraud prevention.
- Sign-in alerts so you notice unusual activity quickly.
No system is 100% secure. Use a strong, unique password and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
7Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information or close your account (some records must be kept for legal reasons);
- stop sending you marketing emails, or stop certain processing;
- send your information to you in a portable format.
Send your request to doom@hqflasher.com from the email on your account. We’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
8Children
Doom Flasher is for people aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will close it.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. We’ll update the date at the top and tell you about important changes by email or on the website.
