Terms of Service

1Who we are and what we offer

Doom Flasher (“we”, “us”) is an online platform that lets you buy digital services from one wallet, including:

• SMS verification numbers — temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time codes.
• Digital store — ready-made social media and online accounts, logs and other digital goods.
• Social boosting — followers, likes, views and similar engagement services.
• AI Workspace — AI-generated video, images, music, voice and text.
• Desktop software — such as AI Voice Changer and AI Video Call Studio, sold as personal licences.
• Tutorials and the Site Guide — paid guides and an AI assistant that helps you use the site.

Many of these services are delivered through independent third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, TikTok, X, Discord or any other platform mentioned on the site. Their names are used only to describe what a product works with.

2Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your email address up to date — order details and security alerts are sent there.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Our staff may open your account to help with a support request or to investigate a problem. When we do, we don’t send you emails from that session.

3Wallet, payments and pricing

• Payments are made into your wallet through our payment partners (for example Flutterwave). We never see or store your full card details.
• Wallet balance is for buying services on Doom Flasher. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not normally withdrawable to cash.
• Prices are shown in naira and may change at any time — for example when a provider changes its price or exchange rates move. The price shown when you confirm an order is the price you pay.
• Bonuses, promotions and credits we add to your wallet have no cash value and may be removed if they were added by mistake or obtained by abuse.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back after the money was credited, we may deduct it from your wallet or suspend the account until it is settled.

4Orders and delivery

Most orders are processed automatically and delivered within seconds. Some services (like boosting and AI generation) take longer and show their progress in your dashboard.

• SMS numbers: a number is reserved for a limited time. If no code arrives before it expires or you cancel in time, the price is refunded to your wallet. Once a code has been received, the order is complete and cannot be refunded. Numbers are temporary — don’t use them for accounts you need to keep long term or recover later.
• Digital store: account details are shown in your order as soon as you pay. Check them immediately. If something doesn’t work at delivery, contact support within 24 hours with your order ID — after that, or after you change the details or use the account, we can’t replace or refund it.
• Boosting: delivery speed and numbers are estimates from the provider. Platforms sometimes remove engagement; refills are only offered where the service says so. Make sure your link is correct and your profile or post is public — orders placed with a wrong or private link may not be refundable.
• AI Workspace: if a generation fails, you are refunded automatically. Results are produced by AI and can vary; a result you don’t like is not a failed order.
• Software and tutorials: licences and paid tutorials are delivered instantly and are for your personal use only. They are non-refundable once activated or opened, except where the law requires otherwise.

5Refunds

When an order fails, can’t be delivered, or is cancelled by the provider, we refund it to your wallet — usually automatically. Refunds are made to your wallet, not to your bank card, unless we decide otherwise.

We may refuse a refund where the problem was caused by wrong information you gave (such as a wrong link or username), by how you used the product after delivery, or by a breach of these terms.

6Responsible use — what you must not do

Our services must only be used for lawful purposes. You must not use anything you buy or create on Doom Flasher to:

• commit or attempt fraud, scams, phishing or any form of financial crime, including creating fake payment proofs, receipts, bank alerts or transaction records;
• impersonate a real person, business or authority, or deceive anyone about who you are;
• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or run fake engagement to mislead people;
• harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk or abuse anyone;
• open accounts to evade a ban, get around a platform’s security, or break another platform’s terms;
• create, share or request sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or any illegal content;
• use AI voice or video tools to copy someone’s voice or face without their clear permission, or to make people believe something false;
• resell our services in a way that misleads your own customers, or attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer our website, API or software.

7Third-party platforms and providers

When you use a number or account bought here on another platform, that platform’s own terms apply to you. Platforms can limit, verify or close accounts at any time — we can’t control or reverse their decisions and don’t refund for them.

Our providers can change, pause or stop a service. We may change prices, swap providers or remove services at any time without notice.

8AI-generated content

• You are responsible for the prompts, images, audio and video you upload, and you confirm you have the right to use them — including the right to use any person’s face or voice.
• You may use what you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the law and the AI provider’s rules. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to other people’s output; check it before you rely on it.
• We may block prompts or uploads that break these terms, and keep the related order record.

9Desktop software licences

AI Voice Changer, AI Video Call Studio and any other software we sell are licensed — not sold — to you for personal use on your own devices. You may not share, crack, resell or reverse-engineer them. We may revoke a licence that is shared or used to break these terms.

10Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close an account, cancel orders, or hold a balance while we investigate, if we reasonably believe the account is being used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks or anything that breaks these terms or the law. Balances connected to fraud or abuse may be forfeited.

You can stop using Doom Flasher at any time. To close your account, contact support.

11Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but services are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that every product will work on every platform forever, or that the site will never be interrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits, lost accounts on other platforms or lost data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses if a third party makes a claim against us because of how you used our services in breach of these terms.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top and, for important changes, let you know by email or on the website. Continuing to use Doom Flasher after an update means you accept the new terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. If we can’t resolve it, the courts of Nigeria will have jurisdiction.
